Ofel Obaja

Music Director and Founder of Movel Audio Post

Ofel Obaja Setiawan was born on April 25, 1989. He completed his higher education at the Music Conservatory of Pelita Harapan University (UPH) in 2012, majoring in Professional Contemporary Performance with a minor in Arranging.

During his first year of college in 2007, Ofel received the Best Musician award at Jazz Goes to Campus, an event organized by the University of Indonesia (UI).

Since 2016, Ofel has been actively working in audio post-production for TV commercials and digital advertisements through Movel Audio Post, specializing in music scoring and sound design.

In 2025, Ofel received the Bandung Film Festival (FFB) Award for Best Original Score for the film Sore (Istri dari Masa Depan). In the same year, he was also honored with the AMI Award for Best Film Scoring (Anugerah Musik Indonesia) for the film Jumbo.
